A successful design starts with a clear and comprehensive brief. At Cinema Luxe, we collaborate closely with all stakeholders – from clients and design teams to contractors and technology integrators. This ensures a unified vision and sets a clear direction for the project from the outset.
All design work is handled in-house at Cinema Luxe, either in direct collaboration with the client’s design team or through creative direction with the client, as required. We produce buildable, construction-ready models before moving to 3D renderings, ensuring that every concept is not only visually compelling but also fully deliverable.
To communicate our design vision clearly and effectively, we present our concepts through detailed 3D renderings, complemented by material mood boards. This approach helps convey the aesthetic and functional intent of the design, while also enabling precise quantification and pricing, ensuring full transparency for each project.
Once appointed, Cinema Luxe takes ownership of the technical design process. We incorporate the technology integrator’s audio-visual requirements directly into our construction drawings, ensuring alignment with performance standards. We also advise on electrical layouts, contractor room preparation, and integrate HVAC systems, ensuring all technical details are clearly coordinated for a seamless execution.
PROCUREMENT AND MANUFACTURING
FABRIC AND UPHOLSTERY
Cinema Luxe boasts the largest selection of materials in the industry. With over 5,000 fabric options – many exclusive to us – we test and select materials based on their performance in high-level audio environments. This allows us to recommend the best products for each specific project, meeting even the most demanding briefs.
JOINERY
Joinery is a key element in many of our projects. Cinema Luxe manages every aspect of joinery, from design and procurement to assembly and installation, all handled in-house at our dedicated manufacturing facility. This ensures a cohesive and high-quality finish across all custom-built elements.
ACOUSTIC TREATMENT
We provide expert advice on acoustic treatment, either as a standalone service or in collaboration with specialised acoustic consultants for more complex projects. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities, coupled with a trusted supply chain, allow us to deliver seamless, high-quality acoustic solutions tailored to each room's specific needs.
BESPOKE FABRICATION
Cinema Luxe offers bespoke metal fabrication services, executed directly in-house. This enables us to create custom metalwork and finishing details that are unique to each project, ensuring that every element reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and design excellence.
INSTALLATION & MANAGEMENT
CO-ORDINATION
The installation of specialist rooms requires precise coordination between all parties. Leveraging our detailed technical design packs, Cinema Luxe manages and oversees all contractors to ensure that the room shell is properly prepared, creating the ideal foundation for our high-end installations.
TURNKEY INSTALLATION

WARRANTY
To provide peace of mind, every Cinema Luxe project comes with a comprehensive two-year warranty covering both products and labour. This ensures that clients have full support and confidence in the quality of our work long after the project is complete.

Instead, we collaborate with certified AV integrators and technology professionals for each project. This partnership ensures a seamless, turnkey solution that meets your specific needs.

We regularly collaborate with interior designers to ensure that the cinema rooms we create integrate harmoniously with the overall design vision of the property.
